Abstract

Since 2015, the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich hosts the Advanced Power Semiconductor Laboratory (APS). Focusing on the understanding and development of semiconductor devices and modules for power electronics applications, APS covers a wide range from basic physics of semiconductor/oxide interfaces to module reliability testing. The presentation gives an overview of current projects and an outlook on future activities.
