ASYPC is one of the IEEE R8 cross-sectional congresses. While previous editions of the congress have been held in Nigeria (2017), Kenya (2019), and Uganda (2021), IEEE-Young Professional Nigeria is awarded the hosting right for the 2023 congress for the second time in the city of Abuja, Nigeria. Abuja is a prominent city in the continent and Nigeria’s political and administrative capital. It is commonly referred to as the melting point of Nigeria’s highly diversified cultures.

Visa into Nigeria is issued by the Nigeria Immigration services and guidelines on process to
obtain the visa are provided at https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/pages/visaguidelines.
All registered participants will be provided with an invitation letter that will aid their visa application.
