Use of Entries

There will be no entries returned. IC-SIT acquires ownership of all entries. By entering, all participants agree that IC-SIT can use all of the information they give in their entries without credit, review, or payment.

All participants agree to release and hold IC-SIT, its representatives, and agents harmless from any claim or cause of action arising from their participation in the competition. By entering this contest, participants understand and agree that any personal information they give will be kept in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policies.

Agreement to the Official Rules

Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions established by IC-SIT by participating in this competition. The IC-SIT has the right to judge all submissions and turn down any that don’t meet the requirements of IC-SIT participation.

The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or programmed malfunctions or other human or technical errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections; or for damaged, lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or submissions; technical, hardware, software, electronic, or telephone failures of any kind; or fraudulent, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this competition and award prizes based on entries received up to the time of termination or suspension if, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, unauthorized human intervention, malfunction, computer problems, phone lines, or network hardware or software malfunction corrupt, compromise, or materially affect the administration, fairness, or integrity of the competition. The sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by downloading data or otherwise participating in this competition, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part.
