Amazon Mentorship Program

The Amazon Mentorship Program is a 10-week initiative designed to help students transform innovative ideas into tech-driven solutions. Participants from different tracks form teams of 4-5 members, identify a problem, and develop a technological solution under the guidance of Amazon engineers. Throughout the program, teams engage in weekly mentorship meetings, submit weekly deliverables, and work towards building a functional product. By the end of the program, they are required to submit their code, documentation, and a product demo before presenting their final project at the pitching ceremony, where the top three winners are selected. This program provides students with hands-on experience, technical mentorship, and an opportunity to apply their skills in real-world problem-solving.
