The IEEE NPS Italy Chapter
The IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences (NPS) Italy Chapter is a sub-unit of the IEEE Italy Section, which in turn is a geographical unit of the IEEE Region 8 (including Africa, Europe, Middle East). The Chapter includes all the members of the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS) residing in Italy.
Purpose of the Chapter
The Chapter organizes activities in agreement with the objectives of the NPSS Society. This may include guest speakers, workshops and seminars, as well as social functions. The Chapter provides its members with valuable opportunities to network at a local level, enabling their personal and professional growth.
The main interest of the Society, and of the Chapter as well, is in the nuclear and plasma sciences and related emerging technologies. The areas of technical activity include:
