Our team met to review the three-day agenda for the upcoming IC2AI 2025 Conference hosted by our university. We finalized the event schedule, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions, and assigned specific tasks to each member for all three days. Responsibilities include managing registration, coordinating speakers and handling technical support. Contingency plans were also discussed to address any unforeseen challenges. With clear roles and a structured plan, we are set to ensure a well-organized and successful conference.
