ZRE is developing and managing the Beirut Digital District (BDD). BDD is a 15 year project aiming to create a hub for the digital and creative industries in Lebanon, https://www.zre.com.lb/.

ZRE and BDD aim to create a self-sustainable and innovative Work, Live, & Play neighborhood where technologies are seamlessly integrated, allowing more than 10,000 dynamic and creative individuals to interact and flourish.

One of BDD’s key foundations is building a “Community” that fosters collaboration and learning, by developing an environment that caters to creative minds  and facilitates the sharing of ideas while connecting  decision makers with entrepreneurs, and wishes to forge a strategic collaboration with top level universities, believing that the key to achieve its 15 year vision is to attract excelling graduating university talents.

With this MoU, ZRE will offer internship opportunities across BDD companies to IEEE Lebanon Section members across universities based in Lebanon. This year, more than 45 internships will be proposed to IEEE student members.
