IEEE WiE DUTh SBAG has joyously joined forces with Anatolia College Center for STEM Education in Thessaloniki to implement the IEEE WiE STAR Program for Elementary.

The IEEE Student-Teacher and Research Engineer/Scientist (STAR) Program represents all pre-university outreach activities. STAR’s aim is to create a technical support network for teachers and a mentoring program for students, through a series of hands-on activities, in order to convey the message that engineering has career options that benefit humanity, and is gender neutral.

The scheduled workshops will provide the participants with the requisite theoretical background in order to get fully involved in the practical sessions after.
