After the summer break in July and August, we are continuing our knowledge transferring and networking as part of our IEEE Connecting Experts program
in September 2021. The CE program is consisted of series of webinars that are bringing a technical topic by an expert in a given field in form of a
conference keynote style presentation of 30-45 minutes duration followed by Q&A, to a wide audience of young professionals, including M.Sc. and PhD
students, young industry professionals and young tech-entrepreneurs from Region 8.

After we organized 60 sessions on various topics, we are continuing in October 2021 with 1 Professional and 2 Technical webinars. We are bringing you this edition
 together with IEEE Turkey YP-AG, IEEE Kuwait YP-AG, IEEE Bahrain YP-AG, and IEEE Croatia Section.
