The Denmark Chapter of the IEEE Power and Energy Society consists of roughly 200 members including power engineering professionals, students, and associates in and around the Denmark area. Our chapter provides high-quality technical meetings and technical courses to our members and non-members alike. Some of the topics that have been covered recently in our technical meetings include Grid digitalization, Power-to-X in modern power systems, and Multi-energy systems. We also have an affine group, IEEE PES Women in Power Denmark Committee, which aims to raise the awareness of gender balance and unconscious bias, and to support the career advancement, networking and education of women in the field of power and energy.
