Dr. Adel Abdulla Al Refaei Vice Chair of IEEE Bahrain Section. Dr Adel is the academic director at Laurels Centre for Global Education services and the Chair of Super (ESCO) Group for energy saving companies. He also is the founder of Bahrain Research and Education Network (BahREN). Dr Adel is a consultant in electric engineering and energy.He obtained his Ph.D. & M.Sc from Kennedy-Western University, USA after graduated from Military Technical College, Egypt. He is a member of various groups and societies including: Many IEEE Groups and Societies, the Development Committee of King Hamad Future School Project, Al Ehsan Welfare Society and The Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers. His main research areas are: The effect of radiated Fields and other emissions on life & ways of coexistence safely within them and the energy and food security are our targets at the pandemic age.
He has published the following books:
