IEEE Students History:

Internationally

Upon forming IEEE on 1884, students started forming some branches to enable doing their activities under their sections’ umbrellas.

A sad but yet inspirational photo.

The photo depicts  students struggling showing their society to others, it expresses an ultimate dedication and devotion despite the poor facilities which were available that time. They were just technical or high schools students but they felt then belonging to an organization may give them some kind of support they needed !

Now IEEE gives that and more!

IEEE acquires a faculty counselor to supervise them from the student branch formation and election along with their activities.
