Cultural Intelligence (CQ) – a Key Skill to Work Successfully in International Teams

In such a fast developing globalized world, the majority of us are members of an international team. This means that one has to create relationships and get work done through communicating across cultural boundaries. Cultural competence is now considered one of the key skills to succeed with an international career and the lack of it is viewed as one of the biggest obstacles for achieving efficiency in diverse teams.

During the workshop you will get to know:

• What CQ and Cultural dimensions are
• How our cultural background influences on us and our behavior in the professional context
• Where the lack of CQ can bring you
• Useful tools for overcoming cultural differences and raising your CQ
