This Second Call for Proposals is exclusively for IEEE R8 Student Branches. Note: If your Student Branch belongs to a Section with a section-wide Student Paper Contest (SPC) supported by Region 8 this year, you must participate in the sectional SPC and are not eligible for a separate grant.
