Dear IEEE members of Qatar Section

You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating the anniversary of IEEE Day, a day commemorating the first time IEEE members gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884.

The event will include an introduction of new board members, a display of this year’ s upcoming events for our student branch, as well as a presentation by our guest speaker Dr Mohamad Ziad Chaari on “How to turn an Idea into A Successful invention.

There will be social and fun activities for both students and professors and most importantly a group picture, entering the annual photo contest.

• Where: Ibn khaldoon hall- Qatar university

The event is organized by QU IEEE Student Branch and IEEE Qatar section.
