The mentorship program connects students with industry professionals from the fields of software development, machine learning, cybersecurity, electromagnetics and RF engineering, power systems, sustainability, robotics, entrepreneurship, and business through providing the opportunity of one-to-one mentoring sessions related to the career of the students. The IEEE Student Branch got together to discuss different topics including: 1. Build Your Own Robot Workshop - Scheduled between May 6-8 - Student limit per day: 12 or 16 (to be decided) 2. Social Event - Planned for the week of May 12 or May 19 3. Gala Planning - Deadline next week to choose the venue and start preparations 4. Medieval Robotics Competition (AUST) - Registration completed - Info session on Tuesday with AUST organizers 5. Awards & OU Analytics Issue - Still awaiting a response from supporters regarding missing students - Followed up with Harout and awaiting further instructions 6.
