Dr. Carole Bassil

Dr. Carole Bassil is a professor at the Lebanese University – Faculty of Sciences, chair of Computer Sciences and Statistics department at Fanar branch. She holds a PhD from Telecom ParisTech (France) in the field of VoIP security and a Diploma in Higher-Education Teaching from Saint-Joseph University. Her current research interests include Cybersecurity and VANET dissemination and its security. She is IEEE senior member since 2003 and Secretary of IEEE Computer Society – Lebanon Chapter.
