The main objectives of the training session: – Improve participants’ digital literacy skills – computer/Internet navigation, basic software proficiency. – Foster an inclusive learning environment, including Lebanese underprivileged citizens, Syrian/Palestinian refugees, and women. – Raise awareness about online security risks and best practices to protect personal information and promote safe online behavior. – Enhance participants’ digital communication skills, including email etiquette, social media engagement, and responsible online communication. – Equip participants with the ability to troubleshoot common digital issues and seek online resources for self-help. – Prepare participants to continue their digital literacy journey beyond the course, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning.
