The IEEE Region 8 Middle East Student and Young Professional Congress is one of the largest events in Region 8. It occurs every two years and gathers both students and young professional members from all Sections in the MENA Region. MESYP’s main goal is to enhance and foster the engineering sense and capabilities through different activities both technically and culturally. It also provides an opportunity to network.

The congress elevates the engineering prowess of young professionals and students from the MENA Region. Through keynote speeches, technical sessions, workshops, and entertainment, we focus on engineering and technology, with a special emphasis on astronomy.
