Biography Patrick Fay:
Prof. Fay is a professor as well as the director of the Notre Dame Nanofabrication Facility of the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA.

He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, followed by the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993 and 1996, respectively.

He is a Fellow of IEEE and the recipient of several awards and serve in various comittees.
